Delivery & Return

UK Delivery

We send out all deliveries within 4 business days using the service below. We are unfortunately unable to add notes to this service on where to leave your parcels if you are not home.

We offer three delivery options:

  1. Economy Standard – Royal Mail 48 (2-4 business days after despatch)
  2. Express - Royal Mail 24 (1-2 business days after despatch)
  3. Open Box / Close Box Delivery options
    Open Box - Your payment will be taken but you will not be charged for delivery and your order will not be shipped. Your items will be held for you in our warehouse until you're ready to have them delivered. You can continue to add to this Order Box by placing additional open box orders.
    Close Box - When you're ready to have your goods delivered, choose the Close Box delivery option for your final order. We will then close up your order box and send it to you.

Please note: For all wholesale orders, please allow 14 working days for despatch.

Click and Collect / Local Pick-Up

We offer a "Click and Collect / Local Pick-Up" option at checkout. You can choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Littleport, Cambridgeshire. We will contact you once your order is ready for collection. 

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return any items, please read the information below. We do accept returns/refunds for:

  • Items that have arrived damaged.
  • Items arrived that are incorrect from order placed.

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Wax melts and candles that have been used or partially used.
  • Wax melts that you don’t like the scent of.
  • Products where the fees have been donated to a charity or good cause.

Please return all items to Lyla Belle Candle Co. Unit 14, Oak Lane Business Park, Littleport, Ely. Cambridgeshire, CB6 1RS.

As a small business we are unable to refund postage unless your item is damaged or incorrect. We require you to take photos of the damaged goods and outer packaging so we can claim the delivery back from Royal Mail. Please email info@lylabelle.co.uk.

I have not received my order

If you have not received your order with 10 business days after ordering, we will re-sent your items. Our tracking system can only be accessed once a parcel has been attempted to be delivered.
